Ben Yep is an entrepreneurial business leader and the founder of Unique Designs in New York, the USA. He served as Vice Chairman for Lunjiao Jewelry Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of Guangdong Golden jewelry & Jade Industry's Association, Vice Chairman for Guangzhou Jewelry Chamber of Commerce, Creative and Executive Director for Asia Pacific Creator Association. Ben has been in the jewelry industry for over 40 years. He worked as a designer and gemologist in several renowned jewelry retailers, including King Fook, Adler, and Tiffany &Co in his early years of profession. His comprehensive knowledge of the jewelry industry, both in the USA and PRC, has gained him many recognitions and awards from industry professionals from both continents. Not only is he committed to the jewelry industry, but he has also been involved in community service. He has been presented with Asian Leader Award and The President's Volunteer Service Award. Ben is the Graduate Gemologist at Gemological Institute of America and has a degree of Doctor of Business Administration at International American University. He speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Suda received her undergraduate degree from Stern School of Business at New York University majoring in both marketing and international business and doctorate degree in Business Administration. She had more than 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry, assuming a variety of executive management roles ranging from consultant, managing director to CEO in the U.S.A and Greater China Area. Her tenure covered manufacturing, wholesale and retail operations during which time she brought significant growth to both revenue and earnings.
